Research department has concluded almost all oversea Chinese wanted to expand their circles of friends. The need was in great demand.
1. Younger generations of age below 39 years loved the idea of gaming together
2. Adults of 28+ loved the idea of group chats and karaokes
The original plan was to focus on gaming, karaoke and chatroom functions.
After A/B/C/D testing, most testers prefered Navigation Bar on the bottom.
Most potential users liked to have the navigation bar on the bottom of the page (version D).

Research department conducted 100+ interviews and thousands of surveys. 92% of potential users would try the platform. Seniors are a bit more reluctant to do so. The female testers (about 63%) did express that they are not so attracted to gaming ideas and wanted more activity choices and gaming choices.
Our next round focus was to add on more activities to promote long term female users.
As a small-scale startup, navigating diverse opinions made decision-making challenging.
